Jakob Poeltl Out Indefinitely Following Surgery
10 months agoToronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (finger) will miss a second consecutive contest on Thursday versus Phoenix and is considered out indefinitely after undergoing surgery. He suffered a ligament tear in the fifth finger of his left hand versus Charlotte on Sunday. With not long to go until the end of the regular season, it's possible Poeltl is now done for the year. Kelly Olynyk has taken over as the starting center in Toronto. He had 15 points, six rebounds, seven assists, two blocks, and two minutes in his first start with the team on Tuesday versus New Orleans.
