6 years agoThe Colorado Rockies received some positive news Thursday as a pair of their pitchers threw successful bullpen sessions. Jake McGee has been out for a month with an MCL sprain in his knee, but he threw a successful bullpen session as he inches closer towards a return. The 32-year-old has made just two appearances for the big league club this year. Chris Rusin, meanwhile, has been sidelined with a back injury since late March but has been steadily progressing, with the latest move being the aforementioned bullpen session on Thursday. The 32-year-old posted a 6.09 ERA last season in 49 appearances.--RDelgado
