Jake Fraley Moves Up In Batting Order
1 year agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Jake Fraley will move up in the batting order for Friday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers. Normally, Fraley bats fifth in the order versus right-handed starters. However, he'll slide up to the three-hole and serve as the designated hitter versus right-hander Corbin Burnes. Jonathan India will move down to the fifth spot for this game. It's uncertain if this is only for one game or a long term change to manager David Bell's lineup. Fraley is hitting .274/.368/.469 with 11 home runs and 52 RBI in 55 games this season.
