After notching the primary assist on David Krejci’s goal in game 1, Bruins rookie Jake DeBrusk found the back of the net himself in game 2, earning the first postseason goal of his career. With the Bruins on the power play, DeBrusk deflected home a Torey Krug pass just inside 10:00 into the first period, stretching Boston’s lead to two. DeBrusk's postseason points thus far have both come with the man advantage, and this second power play unit has now converted three times in the first two games of the series. DeBrusk is worth keeping an eye on as the Maple Leafs search desperately for a way to stifle the Bruins top line. If they do, DeBrusk’s unit may be in for more favourable line matches.--Kevin Acorn
