9 months agoNew Jersey Devils goaltender Jake Allen will make his debut for the team on Thursday against the Dallas Stars. Allen was acquired before the trade deadline last week to help the Devils with their goaltending woes. Unfortunately, Allen is sporting some ugly numbers himself, with an .892 SV%, 3.65 GAA, and -8.0 GSAA. The move from Montreal to New Jersey might help, but the latter hasn't been defensively sound this year either. The 33-year-old is a desperation option in fantasy and should only be used given a good matchup, which this is not.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
