6 years agoLos Angeles Angels starting pitcher Jaime Barria is expected to make the starting rotation and is the favorite for the fifth spot to open the season, especially with Andrew Heaney (elbow) in question for Opening Day. Barria was a pleasant surprise in his first year in the big leagues, going 10-9 with a 3.41 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 6.8 K% in 26 starts (129 1/3 innings). He'll have some appeal as a DFS streamer and matchup play in AL-only leagues if he's a part of the rotation again this season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
