Jack Flaherty Works Into the Third Inning on Thursday

St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Jack Flaherty pitched into the third inning in Thursday's Grapefruit League game against the Atlanta Braves. He ended up with 2 2/3 innings, allowing one run on two hits and two walks with one strikeout. Flaherty wasn't quite his dominant self in this one, but he was able to limit the damage despite allowing several base runners. Flaherty will get the nod on Opening Day and should be one of the first starting pitchers drafted in most fantasy formats.
