J.T. Realmuto Continues His Abuse of Dodgers Pitching
7 years agoMiami Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto went 1-for-5 on Wednesday with his 6th homerun of the year. Realmuto's HR proved to be the difference-maker, as the Marlins beat the Dodgers 6-5. The 27-year-old catcher now has a hit in all 21 of his career games vs. the Dodgers, and is now hitting .316 on the year. A lone bright spot in the Marlins' otherwise depressing offense, Realmuto is a prime trade candidate later this year. He should be started in all leagues regardless, but moving to a contender will certainly help increase his production on the year. The former All-Star only has 12 RBIs to go along with 11 extra-base hits on the season.
