J.P. Crawford Nursing Finger Bruise
2 years agoSeattle Mariners shortstop J.P. Crawford (finger) was a late scratch from Thursday's game against the Texas Rangers. He is currently dealing with a bruised knuckle on his right index finger. He suffered the injury during Wednesday's game. The injury doesn't sound like anything major and Mariners manager Scott Servais is hopeful that Crawford can return on Friday. The 27-year-old has cooled off at the plate after a hot start to the year. Over 80 games, he owns a .266/.345/.382 slash line to go along with five home runs, 24 RBI and 41 runs.
