J.P. Crawford Exits Tuesday's Game
1 year agoSeattle Mariners shortstop J.P. Crawford (shoulder) left Tuesday's game against the New York Yankees prematurely after suffering a right-shoulder contusion, according to Daniel Kramer of MLB.com. Before the injury, he was 0-for-2, bringing his season slash line to .239/.349/.349, while he also has four home runs and one steal across 68 games. If Crawford is forced to miss time, fantasy managers can expect to see more of Dylan Moore. The speedy 30-year-old has no hits yet this year over five games and is just a career .206 hitter. However, Moore has surpassed 20 steals in the past two seasons, so fantasy managers who are looking for steals and can take on his average might want to consider picking him up from the waiver wire. Stay tuned for more news.
