6 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder/designated hitter J.D. Martinez (rest) is out of the lineup Sunday against the Royals. Nothing has been mentioned in terms of injuries, so this appears to be a routine day off. Steve Pearce will hit out of the DH spot in his place. Pearce is hitting .309 with a .536 slugging percentage this season so he is worth the fantasy start against a weak Royals pitching staff.
