3 years agoMiami Marlins infielder Isan Diaz had a two-hit game on Monday and is now on a three-game hitting streak. Diaz went 2-for-4 with a single, a double, a walk, and an RBI. He also struck out twice, but is now on a three-game hitting streak, easily the best stretch of the season, unfortunately. Despite the sudden hot streak, Diaz is still hitting just .148 with a .530 OPS. It seems like what he does at the plate and on the field does not matter, Diaz is locked into a everyday starting role no matter what he does. He seems to have one tool, and that's a good eye. He's a poor defender, a bad base runner, and a huge swing-and-miss bat. He's not worth a roster spot in any fantasy league right now.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
