Isac Lundestrom Rejoins Ducks Lineup
6 months agoAnaheim Ducks center Isac Lundestrom (upper body) is ready to return to the lineup on Tuesday against San Jose. He has been on the shelf for a couple of games because of an upper-body injury. Lundestrom has been limited to a fourth-line role this season, registering one goal in three games with three shots. However, he is projected to move up to the third line to join Trevor Zegras and Alex Killorn. With more talent around him, Lundestrom will be in a better position to perform well offensively. This is also a favorable matchup for the Ducks versus a team that allows over four goals per game (4.17).

Isac Lundestrom Out On Friday
6 months agoAnaheim Ducks center Isac Lundestrom (upper body) will not be available for Friday's meeting with the Avalanche. He got hurt Wednesday night versus Utah and is considered day-to-day. The 24-year-old has worked as Anaheim's fourth-line center this season, scoring one goal in three games. With Frank Vatrano (personal) also absent on Friday night, Ross Johnston and Jansen Harkins look set to enter the lineup. The two will add muscle to the Ducks team, but they cannot be counted on to contribute offensively.

Isac Lundestrom Injured On Wednesday
6 months agoAnaheim Ducks center Isac Lundestrom sustained an apparent upper-body injury in Wednesday's 5-4 overtime win against Utah. He exited the game after absorbing a high hit from Nick Schmaltz. The Swedish centerman needed assistance to leave the ice. Lundestrom logged 11:18 of ice time in the contest and registered one shot and one block. Anaheim has used Lundestrom as a fourth-line center this season. He scored a goal in the season opener but has been held without a point since then. Ross Johnston is in line to replace Lundestrom in the lineup if he's unavailable for Friday's matchup against Colorado. Johnston is a big physical presence but rarely provides any offense, so he belongs to the waiver wire in fantasy hockey.

Isac Lundestrom Picks Up An Injury In Sunday's Win
3 years agoAnaheim Ducks forward Isac Lundestrom suffered a lower-body injury in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win against San Jose, leaving the game after taking only three shifts. The 22-year-old was looking at a chance to play a bigger role after Ryan Getzlaf (lower body) was ruled out for the contest, but an unfortunate turn of events made it impossible for him to do so. He should be considered as day-to-day for now. Lundestrom has been quiet in recent months, but he's enjoyed a solid campaign overall as the third-line center with 25 points in 58 games. With 13 goals to his name, Lundestrom has been Anaheim's fourth-best goal-scorer this season.
