Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Ilya Samsonov has bounced back from a horrible spell with back-to-back wins. After defeating Settle on Sunday 3-1, Samsonov played a key role in Wednesday's battle with Winnipeg, backstopping the team to a 1-0 overtime win. The 26-year-old recorded his second shutout of the season and improved to 7-3-6. Following a miserable start to the season, which culminated with Samsonov being waived on Dec. 31, the Russian netminder has found his stride. Samsonov has gone 2-1-0 with a 1.33 goals-against average and a .944 save percentage since being brought back from the AHL.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
