Ignacio Bahamondes Unable To Earn Fourth Straight Win
1 year agoIgnacio Bahamondes ran into a tough foe in L'udovit Klein on Saturday and dropped a unanimous decision. Though Bahamondes greatly outsized Klein, he was unable to out-strike or out-grapple his Slovak opponent. In 15 minutes of action, Bahamondes landed 43 significant strikes compared to the 56 of Klein. He was also taken down three times by Klein and held in his control for over six minutes. The loss snaps a three-fight winning streak for Bahamondes and sends him back to the drawing board to rebuild the momentum he was starting to get in the UFC's stacked lightweight division.
