3 years agoTexas Rangers relief pitcher Ian Kennedy was able to lock down his 13th save of the season against the Kansas City Royals on Sunday. He entered the ninth inning with a three run lead and was able to shut the door without any problems. Kennedy struck out two batters during his scoreless inning of work. Kennedy is now posting a 2.39 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and 30 strikeouts over 26 1/3 innings this season. He should be rostered in basically any format that values saves or late-inning relievers.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
