7 years agoColorado Rockies first baseman Ian Desmond played cleanup in a back-to-back-to-back jack situation on Tuesday as he drilled his 15th home run of the season. Though his batting average is still depressed from a huge dose of atrocious luck earlier in the season, Desmond is second on the team in home runs with 15, has stolen seven bases and is actually hitting .276 for the month of June.
