5 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Hunter Pence (groin) said his injury is "very minor" and is hoping for a quick return from the injured list with a strained right groin. He's eligible to come off the injured list a week from this Thursday. The veteran outfielder has been excellent in a bounce-back season, hitting .294 with 15 home runs, 48 RBI and a .608 slugging percentage in 55 games in 2019. Pence has a history of lower-body injuries, though, so his fantasy owners are hoping that we haven't seen the best of Pence for the rest of the season.
