Hunter Greene Clobbered In Tuesday's Start
1 year agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Hunter Greene did not have his best stuff in Tuesday's 11-7 win over the Guardians. Greene pitched just three innings, allowing seven runs on eight hits (including three home runs) and a walk with three strikeouts. The 24-year-old has been inconsistent this season through 21 starts, displaying his high strikeout upside with a 12.28 K/9 rate but also showing a lack of control with a 4.71 ERA and 3.95 BB/9 rate. He is currently slated to make one final start at the Cardinals, but fantasy managers may consider avoiding him with so much on the line in the final days of the season.
