Henry Davis Assigned To Minor-League Camp Tuesday
2 years agoPittsburgh Pirates catching prospect Henry Davis was one of the players assigned to the team's Minor League camp on Tuesday. This is not surprising, as the 23-year-old only reached Double-A Altoona last season while dealing with a left wrist injury. When he did play, Davis slashed .207/.324/.379 with four home runs, 18 RBI, and three stolen bases in 136 plate appearances. He is still a name to keep an eye on in dynasty leagues and is the team's top prospect, although they also have Endy Rodriguez, who plays catcher and performed well in the minors last season. Either way, fantasy managers can hope that Davis hits better this season and may see some time with the Pirates in the summer.
