Hansel Robles Shuts The Door For Sixth Save
3 years agoMinnesota Twins relief pitcher Hansel Robles worked an easy ninth to record his sixth save of the season Sunday against the Texas Rangers. Robles was called upon to protect a two-run lead and did so on 13 pitches, making it his third consecutive scoreless inning. The righty had a strong series against the Rangers, picking up a win, a hold, and a save. His ERA now sits at 2.76, though the 1.22 WHIP leaves Robles prone to allowing runs from time to time.
