1 min agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Gus Edwards is expected to get the start in a Week 13 game against the Atlanta Falcons. Edwards spent some time on IR this season, but even when healthy, he's played mostly a depth role behind starter J.K. Dobbins (knee). With Dobbins out this week though, Edwards should get bumped up to the starting role, at least on clear rushing downs. He's not a factor in the passing game, so his usage will be somewhat game script dependent, and he may need to find the end zone in order to put up a significant fantasy score. Last week, after Dobbins was injured, Edwards played a lot of early downs, but Hassan Haskins was in for passing plays and red zone drives.
