Grayson Allen Enjoys Another 20-Point Outing
4 years agoMemphis Grizzlies shooting guard Grayson Allen dropped four three-point bombs in Sunday's loss to the Raptors and finished with 20 points for the second time in three games. He shot 6-for-14 from the field in 34 minutes off the bench, adding four rebounds and one assist. Allen has shot the three-ball very well since the restart and this has helped him average close to 17 points per game in his last five outings. The Raptors have limited shooting guards to a league-low 40.3 percent shooting, so Allen's Sunday's performance was particularly impressive. The next matchup against Boston isn't much easier on paper, with the Celtics limiting shooting guards to 41.2 percent shooting, so it will be interesting to see if Allen manages to keep up the best scoring run of his career.
