Gleyber Torres Out Of Lineup As Precaution
6 years agoUpdating a previous post, New York Yankees second baseman Gleyber Torres (hip) is sitting Tuesday's game for precautionary reasons, as opposed to a regular day off. According to manager Aaron Boone, Torres' hip stiffened up on him on Monday night. As such, Torres will sit to make sure everything is fine. The Yanks skipper did say that Torres felt much better early on Tuesday. Fantasy owners will undoubtedly breathe a sigh of relief at this news and hope that nothing comes of the tightness he felt. Neil Walker will start in his place at second on Tuesday.
