4 years agoNew York Yankees shortstop Gleyber Torres went 3-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI in a 6-3 victory over the Indians. Torres was in the midst of a slump and took some heat for not hustling out a grounder on Wednesday night- though he bounced back nicely in Thursday's contest. He came up with a big hit in the third inning, driving in one run, with another scoring on a throwing error to tie the game. Torres now has four hits in his last two games- and his fantasy managers are hoping this gets him going on a hot streak. He'll face Indians' left-hander Logan Allen on Friday.--Tim Capurso
