6 years agoNew York Yankees infielder Giovanny Urshela (groin) left the game early on Wednesday with left groin tightness. Urshela had a single and a strikeout in his two plate appearances before his early exit. He's been a fantastic fill-in for the Yankees this year, hitting a surprising .331/.370/.555 with 18 home runs, 66 runs and 67 RBI in 414 plate appearances. His injury isn't believed to be serious, so there's a chance he could return to the lineup as soon as Friday after an off day Thursday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
