6 years agoThe New York Giants are signing fullback Elijhaa Penny off the Arizona Cardinals practice squad on Tuesday, according to a source. He could take over for Shane Smith, who struggled in the Week 2 loss to the Cowboys. Penny had just 31 carries for 124 yards (4.0 yards per carry) and two touchdowns on the ground for Arizona in 2017. He can be ignored in fantasy leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
