3 years agoThe San Francisco Giants selected College World Series hero Will Bednar with the 14th overall selection in the 2021 amateur draft. He helped pitch Mississippi State to the national title. Bednar, a right-handed starter, was ranked by Rotoballer as the 19th-best talent available in the draft. He is physically mature with a thick lower half, but he has a chance at two above-average offerings and a third solid pitch. He's shown the ability to up his game in high-pressure situations and should develop into a solid mid-rotation arm as a pro.--Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
