Giants Defense Holds Jaguars To 17 Points In Week 7 Win
2 years agoThe defense of the New York Giants was able to hold the Jacksonville Jaguars to only 17 points in Sunday's 23-17 win to improve to 6-1 through the first seven weeks of the season. While Trevor Lawrence threw for over 300 yards and New York's defense failed to record a sack, they didn't allow a passing touchdown to the second-year quarterback. On top of that, the Giants were able to force a fumble on Travis Etienne Jr. in the red zone to prevent the Jaguars from getting more points. The Giants haven't allowed more than 23 points in a game this season and they're a solid option entering Week 8 versus the Seattle Seahawks.
