1 year agoThe San Francisco Giants recalled right-handed pitching prospect Keaton Winn from Triple-A Sacramento on Monday and optioned right-hander Tristan Beck to Sacramento after Sunday's game in a corresponding move. Winn, the team's No. 14 prospect per MLB Pipeline, will make his major-league debut when he gets into a game after going 0-3 with a 4.35 ERA, 1.64 WHIP, 21 walks and 51 strikeouts in 41 1/3 innings over 12 appearances (nine starts) this year for Sacramento. The 25-year-old is expected to give the Giants some length in a multi-inning relief role, so he won't have much fantasy value, if any. Winn's arsenal has improved on the farm and he's developed into an interesting starting option for San Fran.
