Giancarlo Stanton Dealing With Hamstring Issue
6 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton (hamstring) is dealing with tightness in his left hamstring and had it wrapped with ice after games Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Yankees likely want to be cautions with Stanton while Aaron Judge and catcher Gary Sanchez are sidelined. It's the reason why Stanton served as the designated in two games over the weekend. He's having to do some extra lifting for the Yanks offense with Judge and Sanchez on the disabled list. Stanton is hitting a cool .280 with 25 homers and 67 RBI on the season. Keep an eye on the status of his hamstring injury this week.
