Giancarlo Stanton Bashes Moonshot In Victory
5 years agoFollowing Saturday's four-RBI performance against the Houston Astros, New York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton rested on Sunday. Monday, he was back in the lineup and continued to heat up. While the 29-year-old picked up just one hit, it was a 445-foot blast into left field for a three-run home run. After his lengthy absence, this was Stanton's first home run of the season. Considering he's just getting back, Stanton could be setting up a torrid stretch as his last two games have been quite positive.
