3 years agoMinnesota Twins catcher Gary Sanchez (abdomen) was a late scratch from Friday's starting lineup due to abdominal tightness. According to Twins beat writer Betsy Helfand, Sanchez had an MRI on Friday. The team should have a better idea of what Sanchez is dealing with after the MRI results come in on Saturday. Reese McGuire got the start at catcher for Friday's game and he will continue to serve as the team's primary catcher if Sanchez misses additional time.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
