Framber Valdez Throws Four Scoreless Innings In Rehab Start
4 years agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Framber Valdez (finger) had a strong outing in his second rehab start at Triple-A Sugar Land on Sunday. Valdez threw four scoreless innings, allowing just two hits and two walks while striking out two. He threw a total of 54 pitches. Valdez has been sidelined since March due to a broken left ring finger, but he is getting close to making his 2021 debut for the Astros. If he's available in your league, now is the time to grab him. He had a strong year last year, going 5-3 with a 3.57 ERA and 1.12 WHIP.
