Filip Chytil Can't Stop Scoring
6 years agoNew York Rangers center Filip Chytil scored for a fifth consecutive game on Wednesday, becoming the 20th different teenager in NHL history to score in at least five straight games. Jimmy Carson owns the league record with seven games. Chytil had no goals and just three points for the season before starting his streak on Nov. 12. Playing on the second line with Kevin Hayes and Chris Kreider, who both also scored in a 5-0 win, Chytil finds himself in a good spot to rack up more goals and points. He's also centering the team's first power-play unit.
