Fernando Tatis Jr. Drives In A Run In Tuesday's Win
1 year agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Fernando Tatis Jr. went 1-for-4 with a single, an RBI, a stolen base, and a walk in Tuesday's 9-4 win against the Miami Marlins. The 24-year-old has not collected multiple hits in his last nine games and has not hit a double in over two weeks. Tatis is still hitting for great power despite his mild struggles, as shown by his nine home runs in May. Two home runs came in Yankee Stadium, where the fans had some words for Tatis. The Padres have also moved Tatis to the number two spot in the lineup, as opposed to his regular leadoff role. The change has not led to the desired effect, but fantasy managers should be reassured. Tatis is one of the best young talents in the game, and he's bound to heat up.
