2 years agoThe Atlanta Falcons defense got embarrassed in the 35-17 Week 7 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. They failed to force a turnover and surrendered a season-high 35 points in the game. Furthermore, Atlanta had no answer for Joe Burrow. The Cincinnati quarterback had 481 passing yards in the game, including 345 by halftime. He also threw three touchdowns and ran for another against the Falcons. After losing star cornerback A.J. Terrell early in the game, Atlanta had no chance of containing Ja'Marr Chase. The second-year receiver had eight receptions for 130 yards and two touchdowns in Week 7. The matchup next week against the Carolina Panthers is appealing. However, fantasy players should temper their expectations, given how the Carolina offense played on Sunday.--Mike Fanelli
