Evan Engram Leads Team With 77 Receiving Yards
6 years agoNew York Giants tight end Evan Engram caught three passes for 77 yards in the Giants blowout win over the Redskins 40-16. Engram set up a score on a nice catch-and-run for 30 yards in the first half and led the team in receiving yards for the first time this season. Engram has all the talent in the world but this has been a lost season due to injuries the Giants offensive ineffectiveness. But the late scratch of Odell Beckham Jr. from the lineup opened the door for Engram to contribute. The Giants offense is trending upwards but Engram's usage rate may be limited once Beckham Jr. returns to the lineup.
