Edmonton Oilers defenseman Ethan Bear collected his first career points in the NHL this week, picking up assists in consecutive games. It's been a promising start from the 2015 fifth-round pick, who made only his fifth appearance on Saturday against the Wild. Bear played 19:54, with 1:32 coming on the power play, and he should have plenty of more opportunities coming his way at the end of the season, as the Oilers are pretty much dead and buried in terms of the playoff race. He had 16 points with six goals in 34 AHL games before getting called up to the big leagues at the start of the month.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
