1 year agoErik Jones benefitted twice in some ways from attrition at the Nashville Superspeedway. Last year, he moved up 12 spots to 11th and probably should have finished in the top ten. This year, he starts 23rd again. The Legacy Motor Club driver is having a nightmarish 2023 season. Jones stands 30th in the standings and is likely to miss the playoffs again. He may only have two DNF's but the No. 43 Chevy driver has a mere two top ten results. Barring something crazy, that is not likely on Sunday as the Jones car has struggled in hot, slick conditions. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
