Erick Fedde Dealt To The Cardinals In Three-Team Trade
4 months agoThe St. Louis Cardinals acquired pitcher Erick Fedde on Monday as part of a three-team trade with the Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers. Fedde is enjoying a strong campaign after spending the 2023 season playing in the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) and winning the KBO equivalent of the Cy Young award. The right-hander currently owns a 3.11 ERA and 108 strikeouts across 121 2/3 innings pitched this season. St. Louis was in need of a starting pitcher at this year's deadline, and they acquired one of the top available pitchers. Utility specialist Tommy Edman goes to the Dodgers in this trade.
