Erick Fedde Dealing With Shoulder Stiffness
6 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Erick Fedde (shoulder) left his start early on Wednesday due to right shoulder stiffness and is undergoing an MRI exam. Fedde is one of the Nats top pitching prospects, but he's posted mixed results in his time in the majors the last two seasons and is sporting a 6.00 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and mediocre 6.3 K/9 in five starts this year for Washington. He's really only an option in NL-only and dynasty leagues, and his rotation spot is likely to be gone once Stephen Strasburg returns from the disabled list.
