6 years agoCleveland Indians shortstop Eric Stamets went 0-for-3 on Wednesday and is now hitless in 13 plate appearances this season. Stamets was always a glove-first infielder, hitting around or under .200 in several of his minor league seasons. He's only starting in Cleveland because of Francisco Lindor's injury. Once Lindor returns, Stamets is unlikely to see much of the batter's box for the rest of the season. He shouldn't be owned in any format at this point.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
