6 years agoThe Kansas City Royals have made another waiver claim by picking up relief pitcher Enny Romero after he was waived by the Pirates. Romero hasn't been effective this season in limited work, but he posted a 3.56 ERA for the Nationals last year in short relief. The 27-year-old is nothing more than a flier by KC at the moment, but with the team expected to be very active at the trade deadline, Romero could see a roster spot and place in the late innings for the Royals.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
