4 years agoCleveland Indians relief pitcher Emmanuel Clase was brought into the eighth inning in a non-save situation and allowed two walks and no runs while striking out two. Clase was just getting some additional work in with the hope that he could keep the game tied and the Indians would score to tie or take the lead in the top half on the ninth inning, but it wasn't meant to be. Clase now has a 1.00 ERA on the season with 19 strikeouts across 18 innings pitched.--Kipp Heisterman - RotoBaller
