6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard Elfrid Payton (ankle) will sit out again Thursday against the Portland Trail Blazers. This should mean fellow guard Tim Frazier should get the start again, in what could be considered a “revenge game” against his old team. Frazier should be a lock for around 25 minutes of playing time, and is a good filler in DFS lineups. Young guard Frank Jackson should also see a bump, but he is a much more scoring dependent option.--HParker
