5 years agoNew York Yankees designated hitter Edwin Encarnacion (oblique) has been diagnosed with a mild left oblique strain. He suffered it on Thursday, but luckily it doesn't sound like he'll miss the rest of the regular season. However, the Yankees have not announced a timetable for his return yet. DJ LeMahieu will bat leadoff and serve as the designated hitter against righty Jacob Waguespack on Saturday. LeMahieu has slowed down with the bat a little, but he's still a reliable fantasy option for this one.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
