The Philadelphia Phillies have activated reliever Edubray Ramos (shoulder) from the disabled list. Ramos was dealing with a shoulder injury but only ended up missing the minimum amount of games. On the season, Ramos has pitched to an impressive 1.24 ERA and a 32/11 K/BB ratio. For now, Ramos will function as the setup man, capping his potential. However, if Seranthony Dominguez struggles or suffers an injury, Ramos would become an immediate pickup in all leagues.--Dan Fappiano
