Eduardo Rodriguez Getting Friday's Start
2 years agoDetroit Tigers southpaw Eduardo Rodriguez will make his sixth start of the season on Friday, taking on Grayson Rodriguez and the Baltimore Orioles. The 30-year-old has impressed thus far, especially lately. Over his last two starts, Rodriguez has allowed no runs on five hits with 16 strikeouts and no walks across 15 innings. He now brings a 2.32 ERA, 0.84 WHIP, and a 21.7% strikeout rate into Friday's contest. It's a good sight for fantasy managers after Rodriguez's disappointing first campaign in Detroit. The eight-year veteran's fantasy value is still limited in terms of his strikeout stuff and win potential, but he has the talent to contribute to ratios going forward.
