Eddie Rosario On The Bench Tuesday
2 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder/designated hitter Eddie Rosario will start Tuesday's contest against the San Diego Padres on the bench. The former NLCS MVP hasn't found his swing yet, as he's slashing .200/.234/.333 with one home run through 14 games after posting just a .587 OPS last season. And with southpaw Blake Snell on the mound, it's a good chance to get the left-handed Rosario a day off. Marcell Ozuna will take his place at DH and bat eighth. The slugger hasn't been the same since 2020 and owns a .091 batting average with two long balls over 13 games. Fantasy managers can use the 32-year-old for his power but will get nothing in return in the average department.
